A medical terminology server that unifies ICD-10, ICD-9-CM, LOINC, SNOMED CT, KFA, and KPTL behind one search and mapping engine, shared by every IvanMD service.

The long-standing problem in health data exchange is not that systems cannot talk. It is that they do not use the same words. "Blood glucose random", "GDS", and "gula darah sewaktu" mean the same thing, but when that data reaches an interoperability service the difference in wording becomes a rejection because the codes do not match.

Maps free text to a code, with human review before approval
Serves versioned value sets, so data types can be aligned without copying tables
